Honoring Gabby: A Path Forward for Xavier and Vivian

The Heart of Our Family

On Monday (4/13/26), our world changed forever. Gabby—my wife of 15 years and the light of our home—passed away suddenly. To know Gabby was to know a woman of tireless energy and deep conviction. Whether she was excelling in her career, volunteering in the community, or showing up for her friends, she lived with an adventurous spirit that made everyone feel seen and loved.

Gabby’s Greatest Mission

Her most important role was being a mother to Xavier (10) and Vivian (8).

Gabby didn’t just love our children; she mentored them. She instilled in them a dedication to a higher standard of excellence, rooted deeply in the Catholic values she held dear. She believed that a faith-based education provided the moral and academic foundation they would need to carry on her work of making the world a better place.

Securing Their Future

One of Gabby’s firmest expectations was that Xavier and Vivian would continue their education within the private Catholic school system. In the wake of this tragedy, I am committed to making sure that the stability and values of their education remain a constant in their lives.

We are reaching out to our community to help bridge the gap. These donations will be used exclusively for:

  • Tuition to keep Xavier and Vivian in Catholic school.

  • Educational resources and expenses that support the "higher standard" Gabby dreamed of for them.

  • Other child care expenses as needed.

How You Can Help

Any contribution to our GoFundMe page, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference in keeping Gabby’s vision for her children alive.

If you are unable to donate at this time, we ask for two things:

  1. Share this page with your network to help us spread the word.

  2. Keep Gabby and our family in your prayers.

Thank you for your kindness, your memories of Gabby, and for helping us honor the woman who gave so much to all of us.
